Connectivity. NICE reserves the right to determine when and whether connectivity to any automatic contact distributor (including Customer’s chosen ACD) will be available or updated.
Customer Responsibilities. Customer is responsible for delivering calls (signaling and media) to the Cloud Services via CTI and Network Connectivity. Customer is responsible for the Customer ACD and Customer telephony, including the outbound dialers, and for obtaining, installing, and maintaining all equipment, software, writing, power sources, connections, and communication services, including the session border controllers and firewalls, necessary to use CXone Open.
