Ashlie has been in the contact center space since 2004, starting her journey as an agent, then moving over to technical writing and workforce management (WFM). After implementing NICE’s WFM solution as a customer, she started working for NICE in 2009. During her time at NICE, she has been in training, sales, and is now a product manager for the CXone WFM solution. Ashlie is passionate about helping customers have as much success as possible with their WFM practices.
