The Nexmo Services may not be used in any manner that may result in charges to NICE or third parties, including any number or service where the calling party is billed for the call by the calling party’s provider on behalf of the terminating provider or its customer; or otherwise calling or sending messages to NPA-976-XXXX or 900-XXX-XXXX numbers, collect calls, or any other number or service where the calling party is billed for the call.
