NICE makes available a set of music recordings to CXone ACD Customers. These music recordings have been sub-licensed from a music rights holder for use as background entertainment in telephony applications such as caller on hold or in queue. Customer agrees not to alter playback of, copy, download, or otherwise capture these music recordings for any purpose beyond the scope of the license granted to Customer by NICE. Customer further agrees not to allow callers to choose which specific music recording is played or to otherwise build applications whose purpose is to listen, download, copy or capture these music recordings. NICE reserves the rights to withdraw access to these recordings without notice and/or to replace these music recordings with alternate music recordings.
