2020 NICE Customer Experience (CX) Transformation Benchmark, Consumer Wave surveyed over 2,600 consumers in US, UK, Australia and Canada. Findings show areas for CX improvement in agent-assisted and self-service interactions as well as consumer use and attitudes towards artificial intelligence (AI) and social media.
