  • The systems are now available for the customer to perform their specific acceptance tests.
  • Upon the successful completion of the installation NICE provides complete documentation detailing precisely how the solution was installed, configured, and deployed across the enterprise.
  • The NICE team also provides the systems details to the NICE support organization, who can explain the support processes and help staff access fast, expert assistance if required.
