The NICE Systems Education Center is a web portal for enhancing and extending our already comprehensive customer training experience. It provides knowledge for those working with NICE Systems solutions for the first time as well as refresher and advanced courses for the experts within your organization. This new web portal has been created so customers can derive more value from their technology investment through effective implementation and utilization. Ultimately, this portal will help you to achieve more "insight from interactions".

Features of the Portal:
- Live Events
NICE Education Specialists and experts conduct periodic web-based seminars (webinars) about various topics surrounding NICE solutions. Any registered user can participate in these events, from their desktop, and learn more about various NICE related topics.
- E-Learning Programs & On-demand Lessons
Our e-Learning programs allow end-users to learn more about their NICE solution. The programs contain libraries of interactive online lessons, including narration, animation, interactive knowledge reviews and software simulations.
- Private, One-on-One Sessions
A unique feature of the portal is access to NICE Systems experts conducting virtual, on-line one-on-one sessions with customers. These private meetings are intended for customers who have gained experience with their NICE Systems solution but still have questions or comments. It is a private forum where the customer can determine the topics they would like to discuss. The session will be held by one of our Education Specialists or Quality Management Advisors.
- Miscellaneous Downloads
The Portal’s download area contains not only the most updated user manuals and other official documentation, but also various files that customers can use as a reference throughout their NICE experience. Other sections of the Portal contain also various Tips & Tricks, Training Services description and course agendas.
Subscription Information
The NICE Education Center Portal is available only to NICE Systems customers.
Any end-user can subscribe for free to become a BASIC user. The advanced features of the portal require a PREMIUM user account, which is based on an annual subscription fee.
